Where to find and Research Projects:

• Synedrion will give the required technology to produce the Deimos AR-L once the player is Aligned with them (>=50% approval). Also, a single Deimos will come with any Assault-class soldier recruited from Synedrion havens. It takes one weapon to reverse-engineer it for manufacturing without their technology.
