Item Manufacture in Phoenix Point covers the crafting of Items used by units. Phoenix Items will be able to be Manufactured from the beginning of the game, but other Items may require Research Projects to be complete in order to become available. Manufacturing Items requires Resources (Materials and Tech), and elaboration time. Elaboration time can be reduced by constructing Fabrication Plants.
Items can be Scrapped for Resources. When Scrapped, they will provide half the resources required to manufacture them and become permanently destroyed.
