Neurazer Notes

• Note 1  You must have a containment cell at any phoenix base for the paralyzed enemy to become loot
• Note 2  The enemy must be fully paralyzed at the moment the mission ends to become loot
• Note 3  The higher the paralysis number on friend or foe the less AP that turn (0 AP at full paralysis)
• Note 4  Paralysis stacks but is reduced every turn depending on the enemy being paralyzed
